Meet Coach Dean Moskowitz

Dean has been doing martial arts since age 5, was a competitive fighter and has had the privilege of working with over 500 people with Parkinson's in the last decade.


For 10 years, Dean has helped individuals improve balance, mobility, strength, and confidence through Rock Steady Boxing.


His mission is simple:

Help people move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence through engaging exercise that is both effective and enjoyable.


Whether you're managing Parkinson's, concerned about balance, or simply want to stay active as you age, you'll receive expert guidance every step of the way.

Schedule and Location

 Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am-11am.
There is an optional seated yoga class Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am before Boxing Class.
We also send two video workout per week that can be done at home as a way to keep moving on your days off if you choose to. These videos are also great if you miss a class or go on vacation.

Rock Steady Boxing Thousand Oaks Classes are held at Mean Machine Boxing located at 1714 Newbury Rd. in Thousand Oaks, ca 91320.
